Laboratory Mill Wedding: Hunter + Rob

Hunter and Rob’s fairytale wedding, at the Laboratory Mill, is one I will never forget.  Their romantic love story should be the inspiration for the next Nicholas Sparks novel.  The decor was exquisite, the gown was magazine worthy, and the touching moments made us all cry.

The wedding party was also one of my favorites.  Not only are they wild and fun-loving, but they are also one of the most tight-knit groups I have ever worked with.  Heads up, the groomsmen chose to incorporate their own poses into the mix.  Viewer discretion is advised.  🙂

As Hunter got ready with her mother and maid of honor,  the other bridesmaids anxiously waited around the corner for their first look.  Seeing all of the girls gasp and tear up when they saw Hunter was the sweetest.  We then set up for a first look with her father and then on to a first touch with Rob.  The red brick of the mill made for the most amazing backdrop for the first touch.

After an intimate and emotional ceremony, we rushed outside to snap a few waterfall shots before it was complete darkness.  These love birds needed zero instruction and continuously wrapped up in each other’s arms like no one was watching.

The reception was filled with heartfelt speeches and beautiful moments of the couple dancing and cutting the cake.  Hunter and Rob were surrounded by their closest friends and family and love and laughter flowed out of the venue.  Before their sparkler exit, the newlyweds shared their final dance of the night and made for some of my favorite shots.

I could go on about this incredible wedding for days, but I know you all are bursting at the seams to see their wedding story unfold.
