Biltmore Estate engagement sessions never get old, especially when you’re working with the sweetest couples!  This was my first time shooting there during the holiday season and it was so much fun!  Allison and Shane drove all the way up from Morehead City for this magical session and it was extra dreamy!

Allison and Shane are both engineers and they met three and a half years ago when he moved from Tennessee to Eastern NC for a job opportunity.  He started working just one cubicle over from Allison and they became best friends.  Funny enough, they used to go on double dates with their previous significant others!

It wasn’t until November 2020 when they finally started dating.  They took their first vacation together to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate.  Now you see why they drove all the way up from the coast for this session!

Allison was one of the first people that Shane’s parents met when he moved to NC.  His dad even told her that he could tell that Shane always had a crush on her!  Their sweet story reminds me of a Hallmark movie and it’s been such a joy getting to know them!  I’m so excited to share this part of their love story on the blog and I can’t wait to see the rest of their story unfold!
