Caroline and Teja love the water so it was only fitting that we do their engagement session at Jetton Park on Lake Norman.  Photographing couples in love is what I live for and these two were amazing to work with!  They met while attending Clemson University together and have been inseparable ever since.

Back in February, they made a trip to her grandparents’ lake house.  Caroline said that there are many family birthdays in the winter months and assumed everyone was joining for one big celebration.  Little did she know, it had nothing to do with anyone’s birthday.  The whole family gathered by the water and Teja proposed.  Such a sweet moment at their favorite place!

Teja proposed with Caroline’s great grandmother’s ring.  A ring that has been passed down through the generations.  After all of my years photographing rings, this one is the most intricate and unique setting I have ever seen!
