Jodi & Sean’s Elegant Wedding at The Preserve at Maple Creek

Jodi and Sean’s wedding day at the historic Preserve at Maple Creek was the perfect blend of timeless, elegance, and modern romance. Set against the backdrop of the venue’s signature charm, every detail of their day felt intentional, personal, and utterly stunning.

This perfect wedding was extra special for me. Jodi is not only a dear friend, but her wedding was the final wedding for Broad River Photography. It was bittersweet, and very emotional for me, but I was blessed to be surrounded by four of my fabulous BRP brides on this day. I get teary just thinking about it! The day began in the historic white farmhouse, where Jodi and her bridesmaids spent the morning getting pampered. The cozy, vintage charm of the home made it the perfect space to relax and soak in every pre-ceremony moment – filled with laughter, happy tears, and champagne toasts.

From the start, Jodi and Sean’s wedding vision was clear: black and white with pops of gold, a classic palette elevated by chic, modern touches. Their elegant acrylic invitations set the tone perfectly – minimal, sophisticated, and unforgettable. The reception space was a dream of white roses. Gold accents, from candle holders to flatware, added the perfect touch of luxury without overpowering the clean, timeless aesthetic.

The couple exchanged vows in the venue’s iconic glass chapel, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that welcomed in natural light and the serene beauty of the outdoors. It was intimate, emotional, and breathtaking in every way.

In one of the most special touches of the day, Jodi made her own wedding cake – a stunning three-tier creation that wowed guests with both its beauty and meaning. It was a true labor of love, and the perfect symbol of the care and heart poured into every part of their wedding.

As the celebration came to a close, we stepped outside for final portraits in front of the glass chapel, now lit up against the night sky. With soft light shining through the windows and stars above, it was a magical, cinematic ending to a day full of love.
