This Lake Lure engagement session definitely makes the top of my list of favorites!  Taylor and TJ were incredible to work with and the love they have for one another shows in their pictures!  All of the love and laughter going on during this session was enough to warm the entire town!

Taylor and TJ first met while working together.  The first time TJ laid eyes on her, he told all of his coworkers that he was going to marry her one day.  They both have children so he decided to strike up a conversation about the kids show, Paw Patrol.

When he finally got up the nerve to ask her on a date, she agreed.  But the story doesn’t end there.  Taylor actually stood him up on their first date because she didn’t think he was her type of guy.  After getting to know TJ better, she realized that they were a perfect match!  Taylor said, “His personality and charm just took me over!”

After dating for almost two years, TJ was ready to pop the question!  He planned a surprise engagement party and while everyone was gathered around he presented her with a cake and the ring was nestled on top!  Like any woman would do, Taylor burst into tears!  I’ve seen the video and I even teared up!  So sweet!

This precious couple deserves the best happily ever after that a lifetime can bring!  I’m honored to share this part of their story on the blog today and I can’t wait for their April wedding!
