When Tobi secretly reached out to me about photographing his proposal to Mallory I was ecstatic!  Tobi and Mallory met at Limestone University, where they were on the swim team together.  So, it was only fitting that the proposal take place where their love story began.

After three weeks of planning and making up stories to throw Mallory off, the big day was here.  Tobi told her that they were meeting his boss on campus to go over a potential business plan and then they would all go out to dinner.  Which was brilliant because it was the perfect excuse for them to be dressed up and Mallory not suspect anything.

I hid out behind a crape myrtle and waited for their arrival.  As they made their way to the front of the iconic Limestone College building, I could tell that Tobi was looking for me.  He quietly stopped her in front of the building and gave her a soft kiss.  Mallory seemed a bit confused, but as he dropped to his knee her reaction was priceless!  It was so hard for me to keep from squealing with excitement!

Once it was official, we made our way around campus for a few portraits.  We were even able to get into the pool area and take a few shots on the exact starting block where Tobi first asked Mallory for her number.  So sweet!!

Being a part of their special moment warms my heart and it’s such an honor to walk this wedding journey along with them!  Congratulations to an amazing couple!!  Stay tuned for their big engagement session next month!
