“Why would you wanna marry me for anyhow?  So I can kiss you anytime I want.”

Anne Marie’s favorite movie is Sweet Home Alabama and she wanted to incorporate this into a portrait.  So, she brought along an adorable wooden sign with the famous line.  I had the most fun working with these two love birds and I don’t think we stopped laughing all afternoon.

We started Anne Marie and Zach’s engagement session at the gorgeous Zimmerwald Estate and then made our way to Uptown Shelby.  The weather was perfect and Uptown was surprisingly quiet.  They will be having a December wedding this year and wanted to have a Christmas setting for part of their session.  The holiday decorations in the cute little town made everything feel all warm and cozy.

Warm and cozy was certainly the theme of the day.  This super sweet couple snuggled and laughed all afternoon, needing very little instruction.  I already know their wedding is going to be spectacular and I’m so excited to be a part of it.
